- Responsibility for costs, quality and deadlines in all project phases
- Leadership and coordination of internal and external specialist planners, contractors and subcontractors
- Development of technical solutions and support in tenders and awards
- Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and safety regulations
- Close cooperation with clients, architects and authorities
- Project controlling and reporting to management
- Several years of professional experience in project management or construction management of building services projects
- Strong organisational skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Communicative, assertive and solution-oriented personality
- Confident handling of common planning and project tools (e.g. MS Project, CAD, BIM)
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- A motivated, collegial team with flat hierarchies

Responsibilities
- Independent management and coordination of projects in the field of building services engineering (HVAC / electrical) from planning to handover- Responsibility for costs, quality and deadlines in all project phases
- Leadership and coordination of internal and external specialist planners, contractors and subcontractors
- Development of technical solutions and support in tenders and awards
- Ensuring compliance with standards, guidelines and safety regulations
- Close cooperation with clients, architects and authorities

Profile
- Completed training in building services engineering (e.g. HVAC or electrical planner EFZ) with further education as a technician HF, engineer FH or equivalent- Several years of professional experience in project management or construction management of building services projects
- Strong organisational skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Communicative, assertive and solution-oriented personality
- Confident handling of common planning and project tools (e.g. MS Project, CAD, BIM)
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
