Job Description

• Independent management and organisation of new build construction sites in structural engineering
• Coordination and deployment planning of site personnel and subcontractors
• Ensuring timely, cost-effective and quality-compliant construction execution
• Implementation of work preparation and control of execution according to plan
• Responsibility for occupational safety, order and cleanliness on the construction site
• Close cooperation with site management, suppliers and other project participants

We expect

• Completed training as a construction foreman, foreman with foreman experience or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in structural engineering, preferably in new build
• Good knowledge of Swiss construction regulations and occupational safety guidelines
• Assertiveness, organisational strength and team-oriented leadership skills
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B mandatory
