On behalf of our partner, your main tasks revolve around the following activities:
Ensure continuous clinical monitoring and implementation of therapies for critically ill patients.
Manage and master the high-technology medical devices specific to intensive and intermediate care.
Intervene calmly, quickly and precisely during life-threatening emergencies within the service.
Support patients' relatives with empathy and clarity, in often complex and emotionally charged moments.
Actively collaborate with specialist doctors to streamline care and ensure optimal information transfer.
Qualifications
To succeed in integration with our client, the expected skills are:
A nursing diploma specialised in intensive care, or solid validated practical experience in intermediate care.
Excellent ability to manage stress and prioritise care actions in a high-paced environment.
Absolute rigour in tracing vital parameters and monitoring care records.
Applications from the EU or EFTA are considered with great interest, subject to current or obtained recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC).
