On behalf of our partner, your main tasks revolve around the following activities:

• Ensure continuous clinical monitoring and implementation of therapies for critically ill patients.

• Manage and master the high-technology medical devices specific to intensive and intermediate care.

• Intervene calmly, quickly and precisely during life-threatening emergencies within the service.

• Support patients' relatives with empathy and clarity, in often complex and emotionally charged moments.

• Actively collaborate with specialist doctors to streamline care and ensure optimal information transfer.

To succeed in integration with our client, the expected skills are:

• A nursing diploma specialised in intensive care, or solid validated practical experience in intermediate care.

• Excellent ability to manage stress and prioritise care actions in a high-paced environment.

• Absolute rigour in tracing vital parameters and monitoring care records.

• Applications from the EU or EFTA are considered with great interest, subject to current or obtained recognition by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC).
