As a Service Technician / Head of Technology (a), you take responsibility, contribute your know-how, and ensure together with the team that their customers are technically well looked after.

What you will achieve

• Planning and coordinating service deployments, spare parts and material orders
• Maintaining and repairing industrial machines and industrial trucks
• Analysing and resolving faults and warranty cases
• Advising and informing customers

What you bring with you

• Completed technical training (e.g. polymechanic, car mechanic or similar)
• Several years of experience in maintenance, repair and diagnosis of machines
• You enjoy travelling and hold a driving licence category B
• Customer-oriented, organised and always solution-focused
