Assistant Cook

100% position, at the mountain restaurant Sattelhütte of Arosa Bergbahnen AG 
 

A breathtaking panoramic view as well as a cosy and homely atmosphere await you in our typical Arosa hut at 2401 m above sea level. Your tasks

• You will pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
• Preparation of dishes at various stations
• Mise-en-place for daily operations
• Goods receipt control
• Daily cleaning tasks including compliance with and monitoring of kitchen hygiene 
   

Your profile

• Kitchen experience in a similar or equivalent position
• Good German skills and understanding of Swiss German
• You enjoy cooking regional, Swiss cuisine with fresh products
• Independent and responsible working style
• Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
• Resilience, team player, reliability and you remain calm in stressful situations
• Skiing or snowboarding is required for the commute
• Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
