Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will independently manage the payroll and thus contribute significantly to professional HR work. You will be responsible for a responsible and independent function in HR and support the team in personnel administration. Responsibilities:
- You independently carry out the monthly payroll processing and ensure correct and timely payroll
- In this role, you record and check payroll-relevant changes
- As a Payroll Specialist, you take care of entries and exits as well as other personnel changes in SAP HCM
- You create reports and HR statistics for the group
- In this function, you perform calculations and declarations in the area of social insurance and withholding tax
- As a Payroll Specialist, you are the contact person for employees, authorities, insurance companies, and external bodies regarding questions about payroll and personnel administration
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education with targeted further training in HR, payroll, or social insurance
- You bring solid SAP knowledge in the HR/HCM area
- You have several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing
- You are very familiar with Swiss social insurance, labour, and withholding tax law
- You demonstrate a high level of responsibility, discretion, and professionalism
- You communicate very confidently in German, both spoken and written
