Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
In this exciting role, you are in constant contact with the employees and managers of the assigned Business Unit. Together with two other HR Business Partners, annual processes, HR projects, and strategic topics are developed and implemented. Your tasks include, among others:
- Supporting employees and managers throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle
- Capturing and coordinating HR-specific business needs and initiating HR and organizational development projects derived from them
- Close collaboration with the Learning & Development Business Partner within the framework of employee development
- Initiating and taking over HR projects and participating in strategic topics
- Active involvement in the further development of HR tools and taking over process responsibilities

For this position, we are looking for a highly motivated, integral person with strong initiative, good communication skills, and high social competence. You enjoy working with different stakeholders and are a team player. In addition, you bring the following:
- Completed studies (university or university of applied sciences), ideally with a focus on HRM or business administration, or basic business education supplemented by further training in HRM or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in various senior HR roles or in a leadership position
- High affinity for HR IT systems as well as good user knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Goal-oriented, efficient, and structured working style combined with very good organizational skills
- Experience in leading change management projects or change processesVery good German skills, good French and English skills
