About the job
Key Account Management acts as the link between our major clients and our internal organisation. It represents and coordinates the implementation of clients' higher-level requests and needs with our management.
In the role of Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the qualified follow-up of key clients. For this purpose, you are actively supported by an assistant.
Your mission in detail
- Management and coordination of tasks and processes related to mandates
- Collaboration with various branches for the exchange regarding clients' requests and instructions
- Representation, organisation and conducting meetings with clients
- Management, consolidation and control of client reporting
- Development of specific client manuals
Your profile
- You hold the federal real estate manager certificate
- Preferably, additional training as a certified real estate manager
- You also have several years of practical experience in property management
- You communicate easily in French and have a good to very good command of German
- As a real estate professional, you enjoy taking on new challenges every day
