- You handle inquiries regarding occupational pensions, life, accident, and daily sickness insurance over the phone and process them in a solution-oriented manner
- You respond to customer inquiries via email as well as through digital channels like WhatsApp and iMessage
- You professionally forward consulting and quote requests and process complaints in a solution-oriented manner. You contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes - with the goal of steadily increasing customer satisfaction
- You work closely with other departments to efficiently and holistically address inquiries
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have completed a commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- You bring professional experience in the social insurance sector (knowledge in occupational pensions is an advantage)
- You communicate confidently in German and have very good French or Italian language skills, both spoken and written
- You enjoy working with digital tools and are proficient in using MS Office products
- You work in a structured manner, quickly recognize connections, and proactively tackle tasks
- You are a team player, resilient, and have a strong customer and service orientation
