Data and IT Systems Manager for the Electrical Network (M/F) 80-100%

Active in Western Switzerland, we help our clients realise their projects by providing comprehensive, efficient and sustainable energy solutions, whether in electricity and heat production and distribution, electrical installations, home automation, soft mobility, air conditioning or water treatment. The Electricity Distribution Directorate builds, maintains and operates the electricity distribution network. Through the development of innovative offers, it ensures technological mastery of projects such as the implementation of the smart grid or public lighting.

To replace a retirement, we are looking for our future colleague.

Mission :

• Manage and develop geographic information systems and data management tools for the electrical network, ensuring their reliability, performance and sustainability
• Ensure governance, quality, security and availability of data and systems, as well as their continuity
• Enhance data and support the Directorate's initiatives to exploit their potential for the business
• Support users and stakeholders by providing IT support, training and coordination of needs
• Manage the team of 6 people and oversee the entity's resources, developing skills, ensuring budget monitoring and supporting change

Profile :

• Higher education (University of Applied Sciences/ETH) in electrical engineering, geomatics, computer science or data
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data and IT systems management in the fields of geomatics and/or electrical networks
• Very good skills in data management and processing, with mastery of Python, SQL, Java or equivalent language. Knowledge of cloud and geographic information systems is an asset
• Experience in team management and management training is an asset
• Very good knowledge of French and good knowledge of English; German is an asset
