Your Tasks
This position is aimed at individuals who consciously choose to work in a 24-hour shift operation and enjoy a demanding administrative hub function. - Administrative admission of patients in adult and paediatric emergency departments in SAP IS-H
- Case openings as well as maintenance and verification of master data
- Clarification of insurance conditions and obtaining cost approvals
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders within the framework of cost assurance
- Participation in quality assurance and other administrative tasks related to patient admission
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience in an administrative hub function – ideally in healthcare, insurance, or a comparable service-oriented environment
- Enjoy working with IT systems and very good MS Office skills; ideally experience with SAP IS-H
- Structured, independent, and service-oriented working style
- Enjoy contact with people and a calm demeanour even under time pressure
- Willingness to work early, late, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
- Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
