Trainer in Restaurant Services

Your tasks
- Friendly and professional care of our guests in the Rubinette restaurant and the Pinova bistro
- Responsibility for the training of apprentices at the PrA and EBA levels
- Co-responsibility for banquets and evening events together with our employees
- Carrying out cleaning work in your own area of responsibility as well as maintenance and care of the equipment
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and implementation of internal quality standards
Your profile
- Qualification as a certified restaurant specialist EFZ and trainer
- Further training in work pedagogy or corresponding professional experience is an advantage
- Solid professional experience in gastronomy
- Willingness to independently plan and carry out banquets and evening events
- Good German skills in spoken and written; understanding of Swiss German
- Experience with electronic cash register systems
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and common collaboration tools
