Logistics Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

For our state-of-the-art plant in Seewis in the beautiful canton of Grisons, we are immediately seeking a Logistics Shift Supervisor. This person leads a small, dynamic team that ensures all operational logistics processes of the plant in shift operation. This role is particularly interesting for someone with a few years of experience and the drive to apply it in a modern production environment and to take on leadership responsibility. The position reports directly to the Head of Logistics of the plant.

Your tasks

• Management of goods receipt, order picking, packaging and shipping
• Monitoring timely order processing and ensuring optimal storage processes
• Professional leadership of the team, deployment planning and shift coordination, including handover reports
• Ensuring standards and initiating corrective measures (quality, environment, occupational safety, cleanliness, etc.)
• Efficient communication with other departments (purchasing, production, etc.)
• Documentation of relevant key figures/KPIs

Your profile

• Completed training in logistics
• Several years of professional experience in the warehouse/logistics sector, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP, WMS)
• Organisational strength and assertiveness
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
