Team Leader: Nursing

Our University Clinic for Cardiac Surgery is the largest cardiac surgery centre in Switzerland and includes coronary bypass surgery, valve surgery, rhythm surgery, heart failure surgery, and thoracic aortic surgery. We work closely with the Bern Aortic Centre, where we treat the majority of patients in Switzerland with over 300 vascular surgical aortic operations. As a Team Leader: Nursing, you will shape the future of one of the largest heart and vascular surgery centres in Switzerland at the Inselspital Bern.

What to expect

• Pre- and postoperative care of cardiac/vascular surgical patients
• Ensuring a high-quality nursing process
• Interdisciplinary collaboration; involvement in teaching and learning support
• Co-responsibility for shift/zone management
• Promotion of a positive service and learning culture

What you bring

• HF/FH nursing diploma; acute care experience advantageous
• Interest in leadership or CAS Leadership (or willingness to acquire)
• Independent, solution-oriented working style; team player
• Positive attitude; good French skills advantageous
