Clerk Secretariat and Authority as well as Deputy of the Auditor (50%)
The secretariat is the central hub within the office and ensures smooth operation from an administrative perspective. The authority clerk attends the meetings of the KESB, takes the minutes, and ensures the correct execution of the KESB's decisions.
As a complement to our team, we are looking for a skilled all-rounder to start immediately or by arrangement.

Tasks
- Management of business administration and control of file management
- Counter and telephone service as well as mail processing
- Registration and filing of advance directives
- Creation and validation of case and procedure statistics
- Participation in KESB meetings as a representative of the authority clerk; minute-taking, execution and dispatch of decisions
- Ongoing support of the auditor in conducting audits and deputising during absences
- Independent execution of invoice audits for mandates of professional assistants of the Uri Mandate Centre
Expectations
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent
- Confidence in dealing with people in difficult life situations
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in public administrations
- Basic knowledge of civil law child and adult protection law and administrative procedural law is an advantage
- Very good PC user skills (MS Office suite); experience with electronic business management systems (KESBweb, CMI) desired
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- High resilience, flexibility and quick comprehension
- Ability to think in a networked way
- A well-measured dose of humour to be able to cope with the demanding daily work in this field with ease
