Chef de Rang Jack's Brasserie 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Ensuring a smooth service process taking into account the internal service standards as well as the standards of SDH and LHW
• Independent management of a service station
• Taking care of our demanding guests
• Preparing the daily accounts

What we wish from you

• Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist EFZ, hotel specialist EFZ or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in upscale gastronomy
• Very good German skills, good English and French skills are an advantage
• Teamwork, passion, and good communication skills
• Clean and organized way of working
