What is my role?
Our client requires a technically skilled milling specialist who masters the challenges of modern CNC technology! As an expert in 5-axis milling machines, you programme and operate highly precise systems for the production of complex tool inserts. You take responsibility for the entire manufacturing process – from CAM programming through machine setup to quality assurance with state-of-the-art measuring machines. In prototype manufacturing, you can fully unleash your technical creativity and contribute to the further development of automated manufacturing processes.
What do I need to be successful?
Completed training as a polymechanic or toolmaker with proven experience on 5-axis milling machines
Solid knowledge of CNC programming and CAM software
Technical understanding of complex manufacturing processes and automation technology
Analytical thinking skills for process optimisation and troubleshooting
Passion for precision engineering and continuous professional development in digital manufacturing
