In order for this important hub function to be perceived professionally, we are looking for a reliable, friendly, committed, and resilient personality to support us in a 60% position on three out of five days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) starting from November 1, 2025, or by agreement.

Your tasks
- Receiving, checking, and forwarding reports to the relevant departments at Customer Service 3000
- Receiving and forwarding incoming calls from citizens
- Reservation of meeting rooms / conference center
- Administrative support for the department head
Your profile
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service
- Fluent German in spoken and written form
- Good knowledge of English, French, and Italian
- Proficient in MS Office
