About the job

You ensure the scheduling and organization with the operations and transport department. In doing so, you create, edit, and transmit all setup, order, and delivery documents, monitor the picking processes, and clarify quantity differences with sales. In addition, you carry out the outgoing inspection regarding quantity, quality, and presentation according to specifications. You coordinate the stock of packaging and operating materials in coordination with sales and take care of labeling and marking in the packing process and goods dispatch.

You are an independent and proactive person with a structured way of working. You enjoy working in a team, are physically fit, and have good MS Office skills. Ideally, you have completed basic training or have gained experience in a similar position. You speak good German and are willing to work on Saturdays (2x per month).
