Tasks

• You independently and confidently carry out the planned care and support tasks within your area of competence.
• You support the team in the occupation and daily activities of the residents as well as in the implementation of resident activities.
• You report observations, provide objective reports and complete the electronic care documentation fully and clearly within your area of competence.
• You maintain a professional and respectful approach with residents, relatives and the interdisciplinary team.

Profile

• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Responsible, reliable and precise working style
• Training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Good IT skills
• A heart for our residents
