BIM Specialist Coordinator (m/f/d) 80–100% - Architecture - Innovative IPA Project
What awaits you:
For a large construction project in Berlin-Adlershof we are looking for you. You will manage the architectural models and coordinate all participants in the model – within the team and with external partners. You control the provision and publication of the plans via the ACC platform. The project is a modern new building: a large laboratory building for a public Berlin institution.
What you bring with you:
- Training or studies in architecture, construction planning, civil engineering or comparable
- At least 5 years of experience with BIM (open and closed BIM)
- Experience with BIM processes, ideally in all HOAI service phases
- Very good knowledge of Revit and cloud platforms (e.g. ACC), coordination and checking software, BIM-specific standards (IFC, BCF, LOIN etc.)
- Competence in model structuring, data management and native as well as IFC-based exchange
- Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary communication
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- A didactic sense to collegially support teams and assist with digital questions.
