Team Leader RAD Administration and Assistant to Department Management (60-80%)
What you can achieve with us
- You lead a small team of three medical practice assistants and are the central contact point for the employees in RAD. Together you ensure the smooth running of the RAD reception and the RAD laboratory.
- You support the department management in organizing and leading the department, working closely with the medical team leaders and the RAD employees (doctors and psychologists).
- You ensure transparent and efficient workflows and a high level of service readiness.
- You enjoy organizing appointments, writing minutes, and keeping an overview of upcoming tasks.
Which skills are important to us
- Experience in leading a small, dynamic team.
- You bring several years of professional experience as a medical practice assistant or medical assistant.
- Ideally, you have experience in blood sampling or are willing to acquire it and attend appropriate further training.
- You work networked and solution-oriented.
- Responsibility and teamwork are not opposites for you.
- You have strong, target-group-appropriate communication skills, both written and oral, ideally in German and French.
- Good ICT skills are a matter of course for you.
