Your area of responsibility
- Operational implementation of the applicable sales strategy through efficient and targeted sales, selling and acquisition activities in the Bern / Seeland / Central Plateau / Upper Land region
- Activation and processing of leads as well as acquisition of new customers
- Support and processing of existing customers and utilisation or exploitation of the respective potentials with regard to the best possible and needs-based solution in sun protection
- Active building, maintenance and use of an existing network in the region for targeted market development
- Acquisition of projects and active expansion of market shares in the sales area
- Responsibility for the sales budget of the Bern region and sales division with regard to quantity and price quality in compliance with the applicable standards and regulations (sales policy, contract management, etc.)
- Traceable reporting on the achievement of quantitative and qualitative sales targets and activities

What you bring
- Technical / craft basic training with further education in sales or business administration
- Proven network and regional anchoring in the sales region
- Several years of successful sales experience
- Market and industry knowledge in the construction ancillary trade, sun protection industry desired
- Good and confident negotiation skills
- Profitable manners, sociable, independent, ambitious and resilient
- Sales-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking with healthy risk assessment and closing strength
