Role:
In this role, you take on a responsible position within the group’s internal real estate environment with a versatile portfolio. You work in a small team with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and cross-group collaboration. You benefit from flexible working hours and the possibility to work partly from home. Additionally, individual training opportunities are available. Furthermore, modern working conditions and attractive benefits such as catering in a restaurant and an employee parking space await you.
Responsibilities:
- You manage the complete financial accounting for the company’s own real estate portfolio.
- In this role, you post monthly accruals including turnover rents.
- You take responsibility for dunning and debt collection.
- In this role, you ensure correct and efficient accounts payable processing.
- As a real estate financial accounting specialist, you prepare annual heating and ancillary cost statements.
- You support closing activities for quarterly and annual financial statements and actively optimise processes within projects.
Qualifications:
- You have a commercial basic education and ideally further training in real estate accounting/trust or in finance and accounting.
- Several years of professional experience in real estate accounting or financial accounting with a strong affinity for real estate distinguish you.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the ERP system Abacus or are willing to learn quickly.
- You work precisely, in a structured manner and like to take responsibility.
- Clear, solution-oriented communication is one of your strengths.
- You remain reliable and keep an overview even under time pressure.
