As the largest property management service provider for demanding residential, office, and commercial spaces, we offer our clients a comprehensive all-round service package. With our centrally located Customer Value Center (CVC) near the train station in Winterthur, we provide tenants, interested parties, and suppliers with a central point of contact. Through various channels, we ensure a service-oriented and multilingual customer dialogue.
The Business Support area ensures efficient management of the contact center with topics such as Quality & Education, Knowledge Management, Reporting & Analytics, and Workforce Management, continuously developing processes and systems.

Steering Specialist (m/f/d)

What you will do:
- You will take over the monthly personnel deployment planning and assign working hours and tasks based on current data and forecasts
- By flexibly adjusting the deployment plans, you ensure that a smooth process is guaranteed even with short-term changes
- In your daily work, you keep an eye on the workload and ensure that sufficient resources are available
- You are responsible for administrative management tasks such as absence management, resource coordination, and office management (appointment coordination, material management, internal mail)
- Incident management is also part of your responsibilities: you coordinate the handling of IT disruptions and actively contribute to the implementation of suitable workarounds
That's why you succeed:
- You have a commercial basic education or completed vocational training with EFZ
- You bring several years of professional experience in direct customer contact (customer service, call center, management), ideally complemented by experience in management
- You skillfully apply digital affinity and solid PC and software knowledge in your daily work with various systems
- A high level of service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you
- You have good German language skills, any additional national language is a plus
