ZURZACH Care Clinic for Sleep Medicine is the leading address for the prevention, diagnosis and therapy of all types of sleep disorders. As an accredited sleep centre SGSSC with a sleep outpatient clinic and sleep laboratory, we care for patients around the clock. Our location in Baden is situated in the charming spa district, where tradition, health and relaxation come together.

What is special about this position?

In this responsible role, you will take on the professional and organisational management of the psychological department and actively shape its further development. You will work closely with the various specialist disciplines of the clinic and contribute your psychological and psychotherapeutic expertise in a highly specialised, interdisciplinary environment. In addition to management, you will also continue to be clinically active.

The position thus offers you an exciting combination of leadership, clinical work, psychotherapy and sleep medicine.

Your tasks

• Professional and organisational management of the Psychology department
• Leadership, support and further development of the psychological team
• Ensuring a high quality of psychological and psychotherapeutic care
• Further development of treatment concepts and psychological services in the field of sleep medicine
• Diagnosis and therapy of non-organic sleep disorders as well as conducting psychotherapies for various psychiatric disorders
• Co-care of patients with organic sleep disorders
• Evaluation and interpretation of computer-assisted sleep medicine examination procedures
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors and other specialist departments
• Participation in and active shaping of interdisciplinary meetings, case discussions and public events
• Contribution to the further development of the clinic as well as internal and external training and continuing education programmes
• Lectures and workshops in prevention and workplace health promotion

You bring with you

• University degree in clinical psychology as well as completed and recognised further training in psychotherapy in Switzerland
• Several years of professional experience in clinical psychology and psychotherapy
• You hold a professional practice licence (BAB) or are willing to apply for one
• Ideally experience in a management or leadership role or strong interest and willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• Experience or strong interest in sleep medicine; prior knowledge of sleep medicine is an advantage
• Enjoyment of the combination of clinical work, leadership and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Constructive, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial way of thinking and working
• Strong social skills, communication ability and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• Team spirit, flexibility, resilience and independent working style
• Very good oral and written German skills; additional language skills are an advantage
