For our client, an established IT company in the Zurich area, we are looking for a motivated individual as an IT Support Specialist Webhosting.
- Receiving and forwarding more complex requests to the responsible specialist departments
- Checking and supporting web, mail, and hosting services
- Assisting customers with topics such as domains, DNS, FTP, e-mail, and hosting
- Managing and maintaining customer accounts
- Documenting support cases
- Initial experience in IT support or a modern IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, and macOS environments
- Interest in hosting, network, and server technologies
- Very good German skills as well as basic knowledge of French
- Independent and customer-oriented working style

Tasks

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist, or comparable qualification- Initial experience in IT support or a modern IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, and macOS environments
- Interest in hosting, network, and server technologies
- Very good German skills as well as basic knowledge of French
- Independent and customer-oriented working style
