Your Mission
You ensure that enquiries turn into convincing offers.
With technical understanding, a trained eye for detail and a structured way of working, you check, correct and prepare quotations precisely, on time and competitively. You are the central hub between sales, product management, costing, design and service.
What specifically drives you
- Analysis and processing of customer enquiries for components and systems
- Technical and commercial examination of requirements
- Selection of suitable solutions from our portfolio
- Preparation and timely submission of quotations including conditions
- Clarification of technical details, delivery times and feasibility
- Maintenance and updating of data in the CRM system
- Close cooperation with various internal specialist departments
What you bring with you
- Technical or commercial basic training
- Experience in quotation preparation or technical sales support
- Confidence in using MS Office and CRM systems (Dynamics advantageous)
- Structured, precise and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
- Very good German skills, French and English skills advantageous
