Manager Cosmetics Registration 60-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• After successful onboarding, you will lead international projects for the registration and approval of cosmetic products and consumer goods
• You create regulatory documents, e.g., FSC, and ensure their currency
• You work closely with our global partners to efficiently carry out the registration process
• Depending on suitability and experience, you take on tasks in quality assurance and the review of layouts and artworks
• You have the opportunity to expand your area of responsibility by handling error reports or other tasks in quality management
• You respond to emails promptly and appropriately and proactively inform our contacts
• You actively contribute to the further development of the department

Your profile

• You have training in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, or Medical Technology
• Preferably, you already have professional experience in cosmetics registration; experience with medical devices is an additional advantage
• You are characterized by excellent teamwork skills, as you will work closely with other departments and partners – also internationally
• You keep an overview of your ongoing registration projects while going into details to complete the projects
• Preferably, you have experience in quality control and quality assurance
• You want to make a difference, are reliable, communicative, and have a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Your German and English skills are very good; additional language skills would be an advantage
• You have an organized and structured way of working, think outside the box, and have an eye for detail
