Tasks
- Lead the QCA group and manage team performance effectively.
- Organize and coordinate laboratory orders in collaboration with QC leaders.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and maintain lab operations.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in analytics or relevant lab training required.
- Strong experience in HPLC, GC, and analytical methods necessary.
- Proficient in LIMS, SAP, and MS Office, especially Excel.

About the job
Your tasks
- Leading the employees of the QCA group
- Organisation, planning and coordination of laboratory orders (release process, clarifications, validations, external laboratories) for QCA in cooperation with the other QC team leaders
- GMP-compliant review of raw data and quality-relevant documents, performing analytical releases for raw materials, intermediates, in-process controls and finished products
- Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations
- Maintenance and ensuring the functionality and performance of the laboratory (equipment service, equipment qualification, training)
- Review and support in measuring equipment management and equipment responsibilities
- Conducting OOS processes and other deviations according to deviation management
- Creation of SOPs and General Test Instructions (APVs)
- Processing and initiating Change Requests
- Participation in the implementation, development and validation of analytical methods
Our requirements
- University of applied sciences degree, specialising in analytics (physical-chemical as well as instrumental analytics GC, HPLC) or completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician HFP
- At least 5 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical quality control
- Leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of HPLC and GC as well as common analytical methods and equipment (wet chemistry, spectroscopy, other chemical and physical tests)
- Experience with Ph. Eur and USP requirements
- Experience in method transfer and method validation
- Very good knowledge of LIMS and SAP
- Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as very good English skills
- Structured and precise working method
