Shape the future of our nursing Nachwuchs
Nursing is changing radically. At Spitex Care-Win24, we don’t wait, we shape it. Education is not a marginal topic for us, but the key to our future. We are looking for someone who does not "play school" but takes care of the most important resource: our Nachwuchs.
Your mission
- Manage training: You coordinate the practical training of our FaGe and AGS apprentices and are their first point of contact. The establishment of HF study places is already planned.
- Practice transfer: You accompany the learners where it counts: directly with the client. You show how to combine high nursing quality with our digital processes and the necessary efficiency.
- Concept work: Together with our nursing management, you further develop our training concept.
- Networking: You maintain contact with vocational schools, other training companies, and all involved parties.
What you bring with you
- Education: You are a certified nursing professional HF/FH.
- Further training: You have completed the vocational trainer course. An SVEB certificate (1 or 2) is welcome or you are willing to obtain it.
- Mindset: You are digitally savvy and close to the action. You understand not only today’s nursing but also tomorrow’s.
- Personality: You are direct, solution-oriented, and like to drive topics forward rather than just manage them.
