Workshop Manager Light Municipal Vehicles

Main function workshop management: You lead our workshop for light municipal vehicles and ambulance vehicles (RTWs) with around 6 employees and manage your team both professionally and personally.

Planning and coordination: Your responsibilities include coordinating and planning all maintenance work, receiving vehicles, and handing them over after completion. Furthermore, you prepare maintenance orders and close them again after execution and inspection. Additionally, you ensure with deployment planning that all orders can be completed on time.

Professional support and further development: With your expertise, you assist your employees with professional and technical problems. You conduct technical clarifications with suppliers or manufacturers and take care of the further development of your team through training and careful induction of new employees.

Quality assurance and occupational safety: You are responsible for compliance with quality and ensure that all work is carried out professionally and properly according to manufacturer specifications. You ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations and maintain cleanliness and order in the workshop.

Customer orientation: With your professional appearance, you ensure a considerate approach to internal and external contacts and are a competent specialist for our customers and suppliers.

Experience: You have several years of experience in managing a workshop and a team. Professional experience in the municipal or commercial vehicle sector would be an advantage.

Personality: You are an outgoing person with a confident manner, good communication skills, and a healthy assertiveness. Leading, supporting, and motivating people brings you joy. Furthermore, you are very technically skilled and convince with problem-solving abilities.

Education: You have completed vocational training as an automotive diagnostician or master; further training in vehicle high-voltage systems and mobile hydraulics would be an advantage. Furthermore, you bring good knowledge of common MS Office applications. Driving licences classes B, BE, and C are required.

Language: In addition to your good German skills in spoken and written form, you have English skills at school level.
