Accountant with Professional Certificate (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you will take on a versatile and varied position in the areas of fiduciary services, tax consulting, legal advice, and business consulting. You will work with a high degree of independence and personal responsibility, carry mandate responsibility, and shape your working day with individual freedoms. Your workload will be between 80% and 100% with flexible working hours tailored to your needs. You will benefit from a modern office infrastructure, contemporary social benefits, and targeted support for your further training plans.
Responsibilities:
- You will independently advise and support national and international clients in business and legal matters
- In this role, you will manage financial, debtor, creditor, and payroll accounting and prepare annual financial statements as well as VAT returns
- As an accountant with mandate responsibility, you will support clients with business start-ups, business closures, and all tax matters
- You will maintain client relationships, identify client needs, and actively support the development and expansion of new business relationships
- In this role, you will take on additional areas of responsibility and participate in internal projects
- As an accountant with mandate responsibility, you will supervise the work of clerical staff and take on their training and development
Qualifications:
- You have initial or several years of professional experience in finance and accounting with independent client support and mandate management of SMEs and private individuals and hold at least a professional certificate in finance and accounting or an equivalent qualification or are currently in training and will complete it soon
- You have a flair for numbers, business contexts, as well as analytical and interconnected thinking and enjoy advising and interacting with clients
- You are confident with final accounts, reliable, resilient, and flexible in your working style
- You enjoy working independently and are also accustomed to working in a team
- You are characterised by a high level of commitment, entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, as well as an efficient and structured working style and are motivated to learn new things daily and apply what you have learned
- You present yourself convincingly and confidently, express yourself in fluent German as your mother tongue, ideally have foreign language skills (Spanish, English, Portuguese), and are proficient with common MS Office and accounting software
