- You care for patients in complex and/or unstable care situations
- You respond quickly and professionally in acute situations, assess clinical patient conditions and initiate immediate measures
- You carry out electronic patient documentation as well as administrative tasks
- You support families and relatives and contribute to optimal interdisciplinary collaboration
What you bring with you
- Training as a certified nurse specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised foreign qualification
- Experience in an acute hospital and ideally a postgraduate certificate in Intermediate Care / monitoring care or the willingness to obtain one
- Enjoyment of teamwork as well as an empathetic, independent and reliable personality
