Head of Human Resources 100% (m,f,d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a committed and experienced Head of Human Resources. In this key position, you report directly to the CEO and are responsible for the operational management of the HR department. You act as a competent sparring partner for the management and executives and actively shape the further development of our company.

Committed to sustainability, we shape electromobility with innovative drives, electric trucks, charging devices, and mobility concepts. The Designwerk team, with around 200 employees, brings sustainable commercial vehicles to the road.

Your Area of Responsibility

Professional and personnel management of a two-person HR team (HR Manager and Payroll Manager)
Responsibility for the entire recruitment process from needs assessment to onboarding
Sparring partner for management and line in all personnel-related matters
Ensuring professional HR administration (e.g., contract creation, changes, etc.)
Support and advice for employees throughout the entire employee life cycle
Deputy responsibility for payroll accounting during the Payroll Manager's absence
Further development and optimization of HR processes and policies

Your Advantages

Completed further education in Human Resources Management (e.g., HR specialist certificate, HR manager, degree)
Several years of experience in a comparable HR function, ideally with leadership responsibility
Sound knowledge of Swiss labor and social security law
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
High social competence, assertiveness, and discretion
Confident German skills, good English skills
