About the job
The EMS Parc de Beausobre is nestled in the park of the same name in the town of Morges, and offers personalised care for 82 residents. Designed to promote intergenerational links, the EMS is surrounded by a sheltered housing residence, a childcare centre and two secondary schools. The EMS Parc de Beausobre also has a restaurant and a cafeteria, open to all 7 days a week, a wellness area for residents (jacuzzi and sensory baths) and an aromatic garden whose perimeter is fully secured.
We are looking for the EMS Parc de Beausobre, a:
Unit Nurse Manager (ICUS) in Geriatrics (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nurse diploma recognised by CRS.
- A certificate in frontline management or equivalent.
- Experience in geriatrics.
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate and/or Advanced Age Psychiatry Companion (FAP), an asset.
- Strong autonomy and decision-making ability.
- Proactivity, initiative and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Good communication and listening skills.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the smooth running of a 28-bed geriatric unit.
- Lead the operational management of the service and coordinate services related to resident support.
- Ensure the managerial management of the team in place.
- Guarantee the quality of care provided according to institutional reference frameworks.
- Manage the flow of residents in collaboration with the responsible physician and the clinical expert of the Department.
- Ensure the application of business processes in compliance with our quality system.
- Organise and supervise teaching activities and training of staff, students and trainees.
- Ensure quality relationships with residents and their close caregivers.
