- Degree in HR or related field, ideally with a professional HR certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience with strong labor law knowledge.
- Excellent communication, consulting skills, and team-oriented approach.

Our dedicated team places great importance on friendly and professional care for our
patients. To expand our team, we are looking for an
HR Specialist with extensive professional experience (m,f,d) for our location in Basel immediately or by
agreement.
The tasks include:
Independent management of the entire recruiting process, from job posting to onboarding
Consultation and support for managers and employees in personnel-related
issues
Development and implementation of personnel development measures
Co-design and optimization of HR processes and systems
Maintenance of personnel administration and support in labor law issues
Participation in exciting HR projects to promote a positive corporate culture
Your profile:
Completed studies or training in the field of human resources, ideally with
professional certification as a personnel specialist (or comparable qualification).
At least 3 years of professional experience in HR
Solid knowledge of labor law
Strong communication and consulting skills
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
High social competence, discretion, and teamwork ability
