Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Professional care, support and individual promotion of the children as well as observation of their development
• Cross-group deployment in the three toddler and three mixed-age groups with flexible collaboration in different tandems and teams
• Design of an age- and needs-appropriate, varied daily routine in the daycare and cross-group activities
• Trustful cooperation with parents or guardians
• Implementation of the educational concept as well as quality, hygiene and safety standards

What You Bring to This Position

• Completed training as a Childcare Specialist EFZ, specialising in children, or an equivalent qualification
• Educational expertise and enjoyment in working with children of different ages
• Flexibility and enjoyment of changing group and team constellations
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• Strong team and communication skills as well as empathy and professional conduct towards children and parents or guardians
