What you can achieve
- Support of the software IBI-care and Service Manager throughout the entire lifecycle
- Collaboration in incident and change management related to service recording in the systems IBI-care and Service Manager
- Contact person for the supplier (3rd-level support) and their partners
- Participation in projects focusing on automation of service recording
- Ensuring stable operation of the system landscape (K-/P-systems) and their interface components
- Development and implementation of solutions for interfaces, development of scripts/reports (QlikSense), system monitoring, planning, testing, and execution of updates
- Further development of currently used and building new system components
- Ensuring the integration of IBI-care into upstream KIS systems or the output of services from the KIS systems via the Service Manager
- Co-supervision of dual students in the service recording department
What you bring with you
- Advanced technical school or degree from FH/university/ETH in (medical) informatics or business administration and/or nursing and ideally system-specific further training
- Experience with the service recording tool IBI-care and/or as a Service Manager from user or support side is an advantage
- Experience in a hospital environment is desirable but not a requirement
- Project management skills
- Very good German skills as well as good knowledge of MS Office are required
- Solution-oriented personality with high customer orientation
- Team player with a networked, analytical way of thinking and a careful, structured, and independent working style
