We are looking for reinforcement for our kitchen team:
Cook: fixed-term from January 1, 2026 to May 15, 2026 due to employee absence
You work a 100% workload, spread over 5 days a week (Monday to Saturday) in the early shift. A few assignments per year also take place on Saturdays or evenings.

Gastronomy at Toni Areal
The gastronomy at Toni-Areal belongs to the Zurich University of the Arts as well as to the Zurich University of Applied Sciences on the Toni-Areal campus. The gastronomy consists of the canteen - Toni’s Kitchen, the bistro Tonino, the coffee bar - Toni’s Bakery, and the cascade cafeteria - Toni’s Kafi. Furthermore, numerous internal and external caterings are carried out and the offer is complemented by its own VICAFE location. True to the ZFV philosophy, fresh food is cooked on site with regional, ecologically sensible, and fairly traded products. An in-house pastry shop enables over 90% of the baked goods to be homemade. The entire team of 41 employees accompanies students, staff, lecturers, and external guests throughout the day and enchants with the ZFV values "humanity, pioneering spirit, and responsibility."
