Student Assistant Congress Registration (80–100%)
To strengthen our Congress team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated student assistant for a fixed-term assignment.
You will primarily support us in the area of registration and administration of our medical congresses, further training and events. Your tasks include in particular:
- Processing registrations and participant enquiries
- Supporting participants by e-mail and telephone
- Maintaining registration and participant data
- Assisting with invoicing and administrative follow-up
- Preparing congress documents
- General administrative support of the Congress team
- Occasional support at events on site
We offer an exciting full-time position, ideal for a committed and motivated person who wants to further develop their skills. The position can start in the first quarter of 2025.
Workload: 80–100 %
Duration: Immediately until the end of 2026, with the possibility of a subsequent permanent position at Medworld.
