- Enjoy working with food and cooking
- Ability to coordinate workflows
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
- Goods receipt, goods inspection, and storage
- Daily production and daily business
- Preparation and execution of various events
- Motivation to get involved and learn new things
- Language skills (d/i) desired
- Enjoyment of guest contact and teamwork
- Resilience in hectic situations
- Extensive introduction to your area of responsibility
- Seasonal ski pass of the Upper Engadine mountain railways
