While "2communicate" is active in the conception and implementation of live communication, "Burri Logistik" specialises in logistical topics such as "home delivery", "food, non-food", "shopfitting and furnishing logistics" and supports its customers with modular solutions in supply chain management.

Responsible for Quality Management and Onboarding 40-60% (m/f/d)

You think quality-conscious, act proactively, appreciate contact with employees and customers, and want to take on a key role in the further development of a future-proof quality management system? Then you are exactly right with us. We are looking for a committed personality from January 2027 or by arrangement. In this central position, you will drive the optimisation of our processes, make a decisive contribution on our way to the desired certification, and take over the onboarding of new customers.

• Further development and maintenance of the quality management system
• Responsible for qualitative onboarding (processes, system setup, training) of existing and new customers
• Ensuring compliance with internal and external quality requirements and process guidelines
• Analysis and optimisation of workflows with regard to efficiency, quality and hygiene
• Professional support of process owners in quality and process matters
• Training and raising awareness of employees in the area of quality and process management
• Planning and conducting internal audits as well as accompanying external audits
• Preparation of regular reports on quality indicators and risks for management

• Completed technical or commercial training (EFZ, HF, FH)
• Further training in quality management or quality assurance
• Several years of professional experience in quality management, ideally in logistics or supply chain management
• Experience with ISO 9001 certifications, ideally also in the food sector (IFS, FSSC, ISO)
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• High affinity for IT and quality management systems
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented – also across departmental boundaries
