Experienced landscaper in creation and/or maintenance (M/F)

We are actively looking for our partners, landscaping companies and specialists in outdoor design in the region, qualified and experienced landscapers (M/F) in creation and/or maintenance.

Your main tasks

1. Creation work and outdoor landscaping

• Execution of landscaping: paving, tiling, laying borders, natural stone walls or concrete blocks.

• Earthworks, soil preparation, lawn installation (seeding or turf) and planting (trees, shrubs, flower beds).

• Installation of fences, privacy screens, wooden/composite terraces and ponds/water features.

• Installation and connection of automatic irrigation systems and drainage networks.

2. Maintenance work and plant care

• Pruning of hedges, trees, shrubs and fruit trees respecting the periods and the plants.

• Mowing, brush cutting, scarifying, weeding and general maintenance of green spaces.

• Use and routine maintenance of horticultural machinery and small site equipment (mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, mini-excavators).

3. Safety and organisation

• Loading, unloading and preparation of equipment on site.

• Disposal and sorting of green waste in compliance with environmental standards.

• Strict application of occupational health and safety directives.

Your profile

• Experience: Proven experience of at least 2 years on sites in Switzerland.

• Technical skills: Mastery of landscaping techniques, reading of layout plans, handling of machinery and tools of the profession.

• Abilities: Autonomy, attention to detail and aesthetics, team spirit, versatility and resilience to working outdoors in all weather conditions.

• Mobility: Driving licence (Category B) essential; BE licence (trailer) or licence for construction machinery M1/M2 a clear advantage.
