In our well-coordinated HR team, you take on a versatile role with a lot of personal responsibility.
To complement our HR team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a
HR Generalist (100%)
You work in a structured manner, take responsibility, and appreciate a role with high independence and direct proximity to the business. In your role, you comprehensively support a defined organizational area and act as the central HR contact person for managers and employees.
Your Challenge
- Comprehensive support of your assigned organizational area in all personnel-related matters
- Advice and support for managers in operational and labor law issues as well as leadership questions
- Ensuring professional HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from entry to exit
- Independent management of the entire recruitment process for your area of responsibility – from needs assessment to successful placement
- Participation in HR projects as well as active involvement in the further development of HR processes and systems
- You proactively contribute and help to effectively and practically develop and anchor HR topics.
Your Profile
You appreciate a versatile role in which you can take on both operational HR tasks and the consulting of employees and managers. With your structured way of working, service orientation, and HR expertise, you actively contribute to professional and reliable personnel work.
- Completed training as an HR specialist or on the way to it
- Several years of experience in the HR field
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Committed personality with high service orientation and team spirit
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Opale, PEP, Swiss+, REXX) is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare is welcome but not a requirement
