Team Leader Service Engineering 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this position, you carry out assembly, repair and maintenance work on under-counter, hood and large dishwasher systems directly at our customers' premises. You take over the commissioning of the systems, introduce the operating personnel and prepare cost estimates. As a competent contact person, you advise customers on technical issues, develop suitable solutions and are responsible for the sale of new equipment, cleaning products and maintenance subscriptions. In addition, you provide on-call service on weekdays as well as on weekends and public holidays. Furthermore, you take on the technical and personnel management of a team of service technicians, support them with technical challenges and complex customer cases, plan and coordinate the necessary resources together with the regional manager, and ensure first-class customer service by handling customer concerns and promoting the professional development of the team.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a completed vocational training in the electrical field, for example as an electrician, electromechanic, automation technician or a comparable discipline. In addition, you bring professional experience as a service technician as well as initial leadership experience. You convince with good organisational, coordination and communication skills as well as a confident manner and assertiveness. You are characterised by an independent, reliable and motivating personality with good manners. Furthermore, you think and act flexibly and entrepreneurially, ideally have knowledge in the field of professional kitchen appliances and bring good MS Office skills. Your residence is in the Zurich region or Northwestern Switzerland.
