• You actively participate in the care team and provide professional, empathetic care and support for the children during their care time.
• You assist the team with daily household tasks.
• You are a reliable contact person for children and parents.
• You maintain contact with teachers, caretakers, and other school professionals.
• You mainly work during school weeks, mostly from around 11:00 am.
• You are willing to take on additional substitute assignments if needed.

• You have completed social pedagogical, sociocultural, or educational training, or training as a Care Specialist EFZ.
• You have experience and enjoy accompanying children aged 4 to 13, supporting and encouraging them in their daily lives.
• You enjoy diversity and bring enthusiasm for working in a culturally mixed group of children.
• Empathy and a respectful attitude are integral to your educational approach.
• You convince with your empathetic, respectful, and team-oriented manner and actively contribute to our school life.
• You work independently, reliably, and communicate openly, clearly, and transparently.
• You are characterised by a solution- and resource-oriented working style and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the concepts of the new authority and confidently apply them in relationship work and crisis intervention.
