What you will achieve
- You design the training and further education offerings in the area of professional training (products, services, processes, and tools) according to needs, strategically, and practically
- You take the lead in developing professional training concepts, including individual learning paths and career paths
- You conceptualize targeted learning formats in a blended learning approach, tailored to different target groups
- You continuously analyze the training needs together with internal subject matter experts
- You maintain and manage the digital training offerings in our learning management system Moodle using authoring tools like Articulate 360 and Synthesia
- You actively promote the use of modern digital learning media
- You create meaningful reports on our training activities and use them for continuous improvement
- You actively involve relevant stakeholders and build a strong internal network
- You analyze current PE trends and best practices and develop solutions for change initiatives and cultural change
- You support the HRD management in developing operational excellence and the
- digitalization of PE processes
- You represent our organization as a member of the "Training" specialist commission of the Association of Swiss Security System Installers (SES)
What you bring
- You have a higher vocational education or a university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in work psychology, business administration, ideally with a focus on personnel development or didactics/adult education – or you convince through relevant professional experience and subject-specific further training (e.g. digital learning, project management, etc.)
- You have experience in designing innovative didactic learning concepts for company-wide training and further education offerings as well as knowledge in designing learning processes, competence development, or qualification planning
- You are familiar with learning and development offerings in the professional environment and know how to design them practically and target group-oriented.
