About the Job
As a Process and Projects Engineer, you actively shape the further development of our manufacturing processes and value streams. Your goal is to ensure efficient, sustainable, and customer-oriented production. You examine and implement new technologies and procedures, ensure process reliability, plant availability, and quality, and drive continuous optimisation regarding process stability, scrap, energy efficiency, and material usage. Developing procedures for alternative materials and new products is also part of your tasks.
In close collaboration with product development, you support the internal production of prototypes. You also work closely with suppliers, analyse process problems, and implement sustainable optimisations. You provide 2nd-level support for technical challenges and always ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines.
