CNC Turner / Polymechanic (M/F/D)

Job Description

• You set up CNC lathes and independently carry out maintenance activities on the CNC machines
• You take responsibility for the efficient quality control of the manufactured components and document the test and measurement results for approval
• You make programme corrections and programme optimisations
• You contribute to the optimisation of setup and production processes as well as their automation
• You assist in loading and monitoring the machines in series production

We Expect

• Training or experience in the metalworking sector, e.g. as a polymechanic, cutting machine operator, or CNC turner (m/f/d)
• Professional experience as a CNC turner in the metalworking sector
• Practical experience in testing and measuring activities as well as in process optimisation
• Knowledge of control technology (Fanuc/Siemens controls)
• A high level of quality and responsibility awareness is a matter of course for you
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system if required (early/late/night)
• Flexibility, teamwork, independent action, and reliability characterise you
• Good German language skills complete your profile
